COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT IS AN OPEN AND CLOSED CASE IN COURT AND WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PROSECUTED WEBMASTERS THAT HAVE VIOLATED OUR RULES. |

You, as Website Operator, warrant and represent that you own or operate a lawful, and otherwise valid Internet Web site. You further represent that you have the requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations set forth herein and that you are an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age; that performance under this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any existing contract or obligation undertaken by you; and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, decrees, rules or regulations which would preclude you from entering into this Agreement. You shall indemnify Amateur Net Cash and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns against any loss, damage, liability (including reasonable legal fees) which result from the use of any Amateur Net Cash materials not expressly authorized by this Agreement. |

Amateur Net Cash makes no warranties, either express or implied, with regard to the performance of the link or the content of our Site(s) and CCbill.Com expressly disclaims any warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. • Amateur Net Cash reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.
• Rates: Amateur Net Cash will pay 50% of every signup and 50% of recurrent billing for the life of the member.
• Failure to utilize the correct linking codes could result in lost hits and uncounted sign ups. Amateur Net Cash is not responsible for incorrect linking codes...
• You may use any linking text or graphic you wish to send traffic. We provide banners that you can use, and you may also use any link or banner of your own devising. All clicks to our site must be the result of a surfer voluntarily clicking on a link on a webpage.
• Linking from password sites, warez sites, Child Pornography, Beastiality, and SPAM not permitted and all accounts will be terminated and any amounts owed will be voided.
• Checks are paidweekly by CCbill.com. The minimum amount for payment is $25.00. Any revenue generated that is less than $25.00 will be rolled over to the next pay period. All payments are in US Dollars.
• US Citizens & Residents are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number on the registration form.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as to create a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and CCbill.Com. Amateur Net Cash or CCBill.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time without notice.
